Connection
A wedding planner will connect with YOU, then they'll connect you with great vendor recommendations that take into account your venue, your style, and your budget. They will help navigate signing contracts and will continue communication with you vendor team all the way through the wedding day. They can also offer a planning checklist to keep you on track!
TIMELINE
Even the most laid back wedding day needs a timeline! Your coordinator will create a custom timeline to keep the day running smoothly and ensure you are able to fit everything in that you planned. Each vendor will receive their own unique timeline to track arrival, set up, tear down, etc. Well-defined direction and organic "flow" during an event are the top reasons that guests feel comfortable and welcome at your event.
DESIGN
Your wedding planner will dig in to learn your lifestyle, your aesthetic, and your desired feel for your wedding. Mood boards, Pinterest boards, Tik Tok trends, photos of your friends wedding...A great planner can pull together all of your thoughts and inspiration into one cohesive design that highlights the best parts of who you are individually and as a couple.
The personal assistant
Why all the meticulous décor, vendor and guest planning for months before your event? So that on you wedding day, your coordinator is all yours! Maybe that means bringing you a drink to sip on or reminding you to eat? Maybe it means holding your dress up in the restroom? Whatever level of involvement you'd like them to have, your wedding coordinator is your person and they thrive on fixing any problem that arises!
AQUISITION
Once an overall design plan has been created, your planner will leverage resources, connections, and our decor inventory to pull items together in order to determine what items you have access to and what items are still needed. Planners can often times repurpose items or think of new, unique ideas to stay within your budget while standing out in style.
The Personal Bad Guy
The #1 reason to hire a designer/coordinator? Your own personal bad guy! Aunt Susie doesn't like her table? "Wedding planner did the seating chart."
