Your wedding planner will dig in to learn your lifestyle, your aesthetic, and your desired feel for your wedding. Mood boards, Pinterest boards, Tik Tok trends, photos of your friends wedding...A great planner can pull together all of your thoughts and inspiration into one cohesive design that highlights the best parts of who you are individually and as a couple.
TIMELINE
Even the most laid back wedding day needs a timeline! Your coordinator will create a custom timeline to keep the day running smoothly and ensure you are able to fit everything in that you planned. Each vendor will receive their own unique timeline to track arrival, set up, tear down, etc. Well-defined direction and organic "flow" during an event are the top reasons that guests feel comfortable and welcome at your event.
